- All products are export-quality, 100% QC-approved, and packaged in branded poly packs.
- Colors may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
- European size measurements are followed—please refer to our size chart before ordering.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once full payment is made via accepted payment methods.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. Cancellation requests may be accepted if processed before dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- We offer delivery across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 working days depending on location.
- Delivery delays due to external factors (weather, strikes, etc.) are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with tags intact.
- Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless it’s a quality or wrong item issue.
